At JFC we want all players to have FUN, DEVELOP and sign up for JFC soccer next season. 

All JFC Coaches should take the approach that through teaching soccer education they have an opportunity to teach life lessons.  Soccer can teach leadership, sportsmanship & problem solving.  Players only learn and get better if they are having fun.  Nobody wants to be a player’s last coach! As long as the players have fun and develop you won’t be!
