The regular season will consist of 6 games (1 game per week) and a playoff at the end of the regular season.

ALL TEAMS ARE GUARANTEED 1 PLAYOFF GAME!!
Games will have 2 x 25-minute halves and will be played 7 V 7 (6 Field Players + 1 Goalkeeper) format. Teams are allowed up to 14 players on your roster.
Our goal is to have an Open division and a Non-Competitive Division, but this will depend on the number of teams that register for each division.
Games will be played on Wednesday nights. Since we schedule for the Healthplex, we will do our level best to make sure there are no conflicts amongst the different leagues.
We will continue to use Spond, our collaborative communication app, for this league in which we will communicate directly with the players, and teams can communicate directly with one another. This will mitigate risk of one team no-showing as well as create a streamlined medium on days where weather is in question.
