We are excited about your family’s interest in the upcoming SPRING 2026 soccer season at JFC!

Here is some information about our season and club. In the meantime, invite a friend and/or classmate to come play!

Registration Dates:

November 5- January 7 – EARLY registration for all players.

January 8-January 15 at 11:59pm – LATE registration for all players - $25 late fee added.

Any player registered between November 5th and January 15th at 11:59pm are guaranteed spots on a team. Any player registered after January 15th at 11:59pm will be waitlisted, and not guaranteed a spot.

Beginning January 16th at 12:00am, you will need to email information for the waitlist.

Who is eligible to play?

Boys and Girls born in birth years 2009-2022. In the 2019-2022 age groups (Under 4-Under 7) we do take teammate requests, therefore if you would like to play with friends, we encourage you to notate that on your registration form in the special requests section.

In the 2009-2018 age groups, players are drafted and only coach and assistant coaches’ children are guaranteed a spot on the same team. We do have drafts in the Under 8, Under 9, Under 10 age groups and above. (this upcoming season it will be players born in 2018 and before) Therefore only head coach and assistant coach will be guaranteed to be together. All other players are drafted. 

How to register?

Simply click the register button in the top right-hand corner of the website, and it will take you straight to the online registration system!

There you can register after registration opens on November 5. Then you may pay by credit/debit card, or mark the option to mail a check. All players MUST register online regardless of the method of payment. If you require special assistance due to not being able to register online, please email us at [email protected] and someone will assist you.

Pricing – Early bird discount of $10 in each age group is available until December 1. After that the registration price will increase $10 in each age group:

Under 4-Under 7 – Birth years 2019-2022 – Early Bird Price - $115 – After December 1 - $125
$125

Under 8-Under 10 – Birth years 2016-2018 Early Bird Price $135 – After December 1- $145

Under 11-Under 12 – Birth years 2014-2015 Early Bird Price - $145 – After December 1 - $155

Under 13-Under 16 – Birth years 2010 -2013 Early Bird Price - $155 – After December 1 - $165

Extra programs offered :

Registration available online for these programs as well – you must register for recreational soccer to be eligible to participate in these extra training programs

·        TINY TOTS Skills – NEW program that began Fall 2025 - 2021 and 2022 (Under 4 and Under 5) - $50 for 4 sessions

·        Academy Training - 2019 and 2020 (Under 6 and Under 7) - $75 for 6 sessions

·        Rec-Plus Training – 2016-2018 (Under 8-Under 10 - $85 for 6 sessions – players will have the option to be chosen for a Rec-Plus team after the sessions end that will play tournaments at the conclusion of the recreational season

Location:

Our privately run JFC soccer complex is in North Jackson. Our address is 2241 Westbrook Rd Jackson, MS 39211. Our complex is located off Old Canton Rd a few blocks from Parham Bridges Park and is at the end of Westbrook Rd past McLeod Elementary School and across the street from MS Basketball Association.  

Regular season games for the Spring 2026 season (2016-2022 birth years boys and girls: Under 4-Under 10) - All teams will play 8-9 games. 

• Saturday, January 31 – Opening Jamboree for ALL U4-U10 teams (2016 – 2022 birth years, all teams will play 1 full length game)
• Saturday February 7- ALL U4-U10 teams will play 2 game 
• Saturday - February 14 - ALL U4-U10 teams will play 1 game
• Saturday, February 21 - ALL U4-U10 teams will play 1 games. 
• Saturday - February 28 - ALL U4-U10 teams will play 1 game 
• Week of March 2-5 - ALL U4-U10 teams will play 1 game 
• Spring break March 6-15
• Week of March 16-19 - Designated Rainout makeup days
• Saturday March 21 - Closing Jamboree - All U4-U10 teams will play 2 jamboree style games (Shortened game lengths).

Regular Season games for the spring season (2010-2015 birth years boys and girls: Under 11/12 and Under 14/15/16)

  Games will not start until the week of February 16 or possibly the weekend after

·        Games on Tuesday and/or Thursday, and Saturdays

·        Games will be against teams from other clubs around the area. Some will be at JFC; some will be at other complexes. All other clubs do not start until after the middle of February, so our teams will start then as well.

·        All practices will be at JFC 

Practice Days and Times:

Practice times for ALL ages are determined by individual coaches AFTER teams form. Teams may or may not choose to practice before opening jamboree. But due to starting the season in February instead of January, it does give the opportunity to practice for those teams who wish to practice before opening day of games. 

Player Contact Timeline:

All players born in the 2016-2022 age groups should hear from a coach by Tuesday January 27, 2026 at 6:00pm if not before. Do not be alarmed if your child is not contacted immediately after registration closes as some groups will hear from coaches before others.

As our volunteer age group coordinators get information together on teams, they will pass along to coaches. Coaches are volunteers and some coaches do take longer to contact teams then others. However, all players should be contacted by a coach by Tuesday, January 27 2026, at 6:00pm. If you are not contacted by a coach by that time, please email us at [email protected] after 6:00pm and we will have your coach information and game information for opening days on January 31 for U4-U10 age groups

Players born in 2010-2015 will not hear from a coach until approximately, Monday February 9, 2026. If you have not heard by 6:00 on February 9, please email us at [email protected]. These teams will not start games until Mid February

Coaching:

Please remember that teams cannot be formed without parent volunteers, so if you did not sign up to coach during registration, please consider doing so, no experience needed!  

Every team needs a parent(s) to volunteer to coach. There are plenty of coaching activities on our website as well to guide you as well as current coaches who will help you learn. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - you can learn with your child. 

If you are new to the program and are interested in coaching, assistant coaching, managing, being an age group coordinator or volunteering in anyway please contact us by email at [email protected]. If you signed up during the registration process, there is no need to contact us THANK YOU, someone will be in touch with you as late registration ends. 

If you did not sign up during the registration process, please email us and we will add you to the coaching/volunteer master list. All coaches must undergo a background check. JFC pays all costs associated with this process. The form does take a little while to complete due to some new regulations from US Youth Soccer, but it is for the safety of all children. You will be sent instructions on how to do this background check along with instructions on a few videos to watch which you will receive certificates for to upload into your background check.

Player equipment needed:

All players should have a ball, shin guards and appropriate footwear (soccer cleats). Players will be provided two jerseys, black shorts, and socks. Players born in 2018-2021 (U4-U7) should have a size 3 soccer ball. Players born in 2014-2018 (U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12) should have a size 4 soccer ball. Players born in 2010-2015 should have a size 5 soccer ball. These can be purchased at any local sporting goods stores. 

Team formation disclaimer:

On older teams (2010-2015), because of team size limitations, JFC cannot guarantee the player a spot on a team if the team is already full. JFC complies with all applicable rules of the Mississippi Soccer Association regarding the registration and rostering of players. However, if you register before January 15, there should not be any problems placing your child on a team in these age groups. If denied you will receive a full monetary refund. Please be aware at these age groups, teams may choose to form as Coed teams based on the number of boys and girls signed up. However, we will make sure there are an equal balance of games against other girls’ teams and boys’ teams in regular play.

JFC $10,000 Drawdown

Be on the lookout for information on our annual fundraiser which will be held Saturday, May 2, 2025 at Duling Hall. Sponsorships are needed as well as silent auction donations. It is an adult night out that is lots of fun. Live music, adult beverages, food, silent auction and a chance to win $10,000 while supporting JFC. Look for information January 1, and help support this fundraiser for the kids and the complex as you can.
